At 2gnoMe, our team is made up of passionate experts from across the fields of education, technology, policy, and leadership. Together, we are committed to simplifying and elevating professional learning for teachers and administrators everywhere.

Our core team brings decades of experience in K-12 and higher education leadership, teaching practice, instructional coaching, educational research, and public policy. Many of our team members are former superintendents, district administrators, principals, classroom teachers, and state education officials — professionals who know firsthand the challenges educators face and what it takes to support them meaningfully.

On the technology side, our engineers, product designers, and data specialists have deep roots in developing secure, scalable SaaS solutions specifically for the education sector. We take pride in building intuitive, accessible systems that work seamlessly for educators, administrators, and state agencies alike.

 

We are guided by nationally recognized advisors, including leaders in instructional design, professional learning standards, competency-based education, and AI in education. Our advisory groups include teachers, coaches, district leaders, and academic researchers who collaborate closely with us to ensure that 2gnoMe stays responsive to real-world classroom needs and evolving policy landscapes.

 

Most importantly, our work is deeply collaborative. We maintain ongoing partnerships with district and state leaders to continuously refine our platform — driven by feedback from the field. From small rural schools to large state systems, our team thrives on co-designing solutions that are flexible, evidence-based, and impactful.
